La Cava del Mayoral

The tradition and pride from the highland region of Jalisco is to choose the finest fruits for making our products 100% pure agave. With that, achieving the most brilliant shades and powerful textures that draw you to the aroma of the cooked agave, the floral tones and the delicate fruity sparkles. When our Special Reserve from La Cava (the cellar) is aged in the white oak barrel, we obtain the distinctive, yet silky flavor, a result of our master tequila manufacturing process, worthy of a Mayoral (the foreman of the hacienda).

Blanco

Tequila Blanco

Our Añejo has a beautiful amber color with shades of green, orange and gray. Its powerful texture slowly slithers in the glass, thanks to our fine selection of white oak barrels for aging.Its aroma brings you the beautiful scent of the cooked agave, the floral tones, the delicate fruity sparkles and subtleness of spices. The essence of the barrel is perceived with the intense aroma of vanilla, caramel and coffee. This perfect and balanced mixture is achieved thanks to our tequila master. To the palate, it is silky and powerful leaving behind its strong personality. Tequila Añejo is ideal as an after meal drink, enjoyed with a dessert that hints of coffee or chocolate, or simply because you want to enjoy it.
Reposado

Tequila Reposado

Our award winning Reposado is the combined result of our distillation and the careful selection of efforts embracing the promise of our Blanco. The brilliant straw yellow color with intense golden shades is the result of its aging in oak barrels. Its aroma brings you subtle flowery tones such as rose, fruity tones of pineapple, mandarin, the savory cooked agave and a honey finish, the result of an excellent distillation process. It is seasoned with the delicate tone of vanilla, caramel and a wood accent. To better appreciate this, slowly swirl your glass with our Reposado allowing the air to touch it, obtaining that wonderful Noblese character that takes you to the highland region of Jalisco. To the palate, it is elegant and silky for that grandiose finale. Our Tequila Reposado is ideal accompanied by a vanilla dessert or simply by itself, to challenge your senses while enjoying its aroma.
